Blog added to the Juku site [by Bill]

Getting a License:: Blog added to the Juku site
I just added a blog to the Small Boat Juku site. Oh by the way, we got that url straightened out. It is:
http://www.japansmallboatlicense.com/SBL_J.html

The first blog entry is about the TSPS course for the exam in the Tokyo area. The Juku gets several inquires before the exams from folks in the Tokyo area and I want to make sure they have the TSPS information. TSPS has a long, proven history to help people attain their license and it makes sense, to me, for the people in that area to use those service.
The Juku want to serve first the people in the Osaka area and second those around the country who will not take the exam in Tokyo. Thus the web site provides models of the application forms and other information that allows people to apply for and pass the exam without the need for a 'course'.
Keep an eye on the blog for further information.
Bill

The Site:: Marine Navigation Apps
Not far! In my experience, the middle of Osaka Bay is a dead zone, so I'd guess somewhere about 5km out. Don't know how well populated your cell antennas are, but in Japan they're pretty much ubiquitous on the coast, at least.
