Osaka is planning to offer the exam April 21.
There is no change in the application or fees so instructions on 2nd class Juku are valid.
I have a copy of the October exam and plan to update the catalog a.s.a.p. In the meantime, individuals who purchase the study packets will get a copy of that exam.
My internet has not been reconnected after our return to Japan. So, it will take time to respond to your mail.
But we are operational.

10.09 test analysis
Well, if only you had taken the October exam using Juku materials!
88% of the questions were in the catalog! Only 6 new question on this exam!
If you have signed uo for Juku materials for this exam, a copy of the last exam will be sent.
WARNING!!!!!!!
DO NOT PLAN ON 88% NEXT TIME. STUDY THE ESSAYS. SOME TIME AGO SOME FOLKS READ THE QUESTIONS AND THERE WERE ONLY A HANDFUL OF CATALOG QUESTIONS ON THEIR EXAM. THEY FAILED!

10.09 test analysis
further findings:
38% of the questions asked the reader to choose the 'inappropriate' option from a group of four. In other words, which one is wrong. This ploy, while easy to write, can cause confusion in the person trying to answer...
